“Kraków is a story”, a fascinating story of people who have created the city and its traditions for centuries. Our restaurant, Albertina Restaurant & Wine, fits into this history, taking guests for years into the world of cuisine which has developed in Kraków for centuries. This is a unique culinary concept created with passion for wine and culinary art, combining the art of fine dining and wine pairing with the recommendations of the Michelin Guide and Slow Food Polska.
Wine and food – their combination and mutual relationship is extremely important for the overall experience. It is a type of art in which both elements work together and complement each other. At Albertina, we attach particular importance to wine pairing, i.e. carefully selecting wines to complement the dishes on the menu. Each item on the menu is complemented by several wines available by glass. Our wine list is the result of wine research and sommelier creativity. Guests will find there original selections of wines in the “Hidden Gems” version, inviting them to travel through lesser-known but very fascinating wine regions, as well as in the “Great Classic” version, in vintages from the best appellations in the world. The availability of the original collection of 32 wines by the glass is provided by Coravin and the largest installation of Enomatic® wine dispensers in Poland, located in the atmospheric, elegant Albertina winery. The effects of our work and approach to wine pairing are appreciated not only by guests, but also awarded with prestigious distinctions: Wine Spectator and Star Wine List.

Our priority is not only the taste, but also the harmony between the dishes and the richness and diversity of the world of wines. Wine pairing is not only our specialty, but also an element that is part of our culinary DNA. It is this attention to detail and harmony of tastes that makes us recognisable. This is what we have been known for most of all from the very beginning in Kraków, and we carefully develop this culinary thread of our story.
