After all, the nearby Wawel Royal Castle has been home to excellent produce for centuries – lobster, oysters or spices. Our restaurant’s menu reflects our philosophy – respect for people who create the best products with passion and energy. All this finds its beautiful finale on Albertina’s plates, as we constantly explore and search for flavours and aromas.
